MIE MSET - 2005B

The questions in MSET-2005B are aligned with the indicators in the MIE Fact Book 2005, and include an additional question regarding MIE model dissemination. The answers to these questions will be transferred directly to Fact Book 2005 as narrative descriptions, so please answer in the third person. You should use the Fact Book 2004 as a guide. The questions relate to the entire MIE project period. Please answer comprehensively but briefly, and attach photographs whenever possible.
